Red Cross Training - Provide First Aid @ Liverpool City Library | Yellamundie

Friday, 28 June 2024 | 9:30am - 4pm | Liverpool | Young Adults

Are you keen to learn lifesaving knowledge and develop practical first aid skills for critical situations?

We have limited vacancies for Young People aged 16-25 years to participate in this First Aid Course. Please only apply if you are within the age range.

In this course, you'll gain the expertise to confidently provide first aid response, life support, and manage casualties in various settings -- whether at home, in the workplace, or within your community -- until professional medical assistance arrives.

On successful completion of this course, participants will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for HLTAID011 Provide first aid.

This training includes online learning which must be complete before the session. If students are unable to complete before the session, please contact us for advice. We encourage you to wear suitable and comfortable clothing. You may wish to bring a towel to kneel on for the CPR component.

Participants will also need to provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI). (For help in gaining a USI follow this link https://www.usi.gov.au/students).
