Liverpool City Library is partnering with the State Library of NSW and Transport for NSW in the "Safer Cities" project to find practical solutions to help all visitors feel safer and more welcome. Share your ideas and collaborate with us on how we can help make the spaces around the library feel safer.
Tell us about your Yellamundie Library experience
We want to know how women, girls, and gender-diverse people feel about safety when getting to and visiting Yellamundie Library.
Join our upcoming community ‘walkshops’
Upcoming community walkshops (walking workshops) will focus on the experiences of women, girls and gender-diverse people when visiting the library.
In these sessions participants will take a walk with us around the library and tell us how they feel when moving in and around the area. Participants will gather to discuss ideas and observe particular areas together.
Eligible participants will receive $80 per participant per session. Light refreshments will be provided at the walkshops.
Register your interest to participate in the library walkshops.
