Challenge your mind and sharpen your chess skills these school holidays!
Facilitated by Sydney Academy of Chess, this free two-hour workshop is perfect for young people who are new to chess or looking to improve their game.
The first half of the session will focus on learning chess rules, strategies and techniques through an engaging workshop. In the second half, participants will put their new skills into practice in a friendly chess competition with fellow attendees.
Participants must be 11 - 18 years old to attend the program. To ensure the success and safety of the program, anyone outside of the specified age range may have their ticket cancelled.
