Born in Uruguay, Beatriz holds strong connections to Latin American culture and is passionate about helping older people to live more creatively, with music and movement as key ingredients to healthy and creative ageing. She is Founder and Creative Director of the Salsa for Seniors, meet dance live Programs.
Beatriz started dancing when she was 4 years old and has helped thousands of seniors and elders by showing that despite the ups and downs of life, we can still savour the joy and benefits of music and dance as our medicine.
