Join Headspace, the National Youth Mental Health Foundation, for one of their ‘brain breaks’ at Carnes Hill or Liverpool City Library.
Whether you are studying for the HSC, working on assignments or homework, working on your own projects, or simply just need a break, take the opportunity to slow down at Carnes Hill or Liverpool City Library.
Invest in your own wellbeing by attending one of our self-care workshops.
These half-hour sessions will:
- Give you a scheduled break from your study or work
- Give you the opportunity to find out strategies for self-care
- Include trying out some simple self-care activities that you could use in your everyday life
- Provide some snacks to refuel for the rest of your study or work session
