NAIDOC week pop-up library and Tie Dye sessions at Miller Library

Wednesday, 05 July 2023 | 1pm - 3pm | Miller | Kids

Step into a world of stories, wisdom, and traditions as we celebrate the history, achievements, and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Discover a diverse collection of books and movies that showcase the depth and beauty of First Nations cultures at Miller Hub.

Unleash your creativity and make a colourful statement at Miller Library. Join us for fun-filled workshops where kids can transform plain library bags into vibrant works of art. Explore different dyeing techniques and create unique designs that reflect your style using the colours of the Aboriginal flag.

This session could get messy, so please wear a paint shirt or old clothes.

Tiedyed bags can be collected from Miller Library the following week.
